PPG patents Flexible coating Patent No. Eur. 1,345,999 A PPG Industries has received a patent for a flexible coating composition with improved mar and scratch resistance. The composition is comprised of inorganic or organic particles of specified size and hardness, eg. diamond or (silicon) carbide, silica, nitride and alumina.
